Q: How do I take care of my charm?
A: My charms are made of 99.9% pure silver. They will tarnish easier than sterling silver, because they contain a higher content of actual silver. To keep your heirloom piece super shiny, just use a silver polishing clothe close to your jewelry box!
Q: I want a charm just like you made for my friend, can you do that?
A: Well, that all depends on what you want on your charm... If your children's names are longer than your friend's children's names then it will not turn out identical. I love to make each piece original... just for you.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Depending on my wait list it usually takes me about 3 weeks to get your charm completely finished and mailed to you.
